Cancellation Policy

• 30 or more days before check-in: your final payment (if already made) is refunded in full; the 50% deposit is retained.
• Fewer than 30 days before check-in: all amounts paid are retained, and any outstanding balance remains due.
• No-show: treated as a cancellation within 30 days.
• Early departure: no refund for unused nights.

Reservations during major events or peak weeks may carry stricter terms, up to full non-refundability, always disclosed in writing before you pay, never after.

If a force-majeure event prevents us from hosting you, you choose: new dates, a credit, or a refund of affected nights. If it prevents you from traveling, we will work with you on alternative dates or a partial credit.

Travel insurance is inexpensive relative to a stay of this kind, and we genuinely recommend it.
