Grant Park Estate is offered with a three-night minimum stay; extended stays of up to ninety nights are welcome. Rates are quoted individually for your dates and party. There is no published price list.

Because every reservation is personally reviewed and confirmed by the host, your exact quote, including any seasonal pricing and applicable taxes, is prepared for you after your request is approved, and arrives as a formal invoice before any payment is due.

• The nightly rate for your dates (seasonal and event pricing may apply)
• The cleaning fee
• Georgia and City of Atlanta lodging taxes and the state hotel-motel fee

Every line is itemized on your invoice before anything is due.

Pricing for major events and peak weeks (including FIFA World Cup 2026 match dates) is disclosed in writing with your quote, never after.

• 50% deposit confirms your dates; balance due 30 days before arrival
• Stays booked within 30 days of arrival are payable in full
• Card and bank transfer (ACH) accepted; invoiced corporate billing available

• Minimum age to book: 25, and the booking guest stays in residence
• Check-in 4:00 PM · Check-out 11:00 AM (late checkout to 6 PM by prior approval, for a fee)
• Pets welcome for a flat per-stay fee, house rules apply
