A Quiet Historic Street
House Rules
We share a quiet historic street with neighbors we value. These rules keep the house, and the neighborhood, the kind of place guests want to return to.
House Rules
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. No amplified music during quiet hours; keep audio low out of respect for surrounding residents.

Gatherings & Events
No parties. No DJs, live music, loudspeakers, or house parties, ever. Violation ends the stay immediately, without refund.
Small family gatherings are welcome. Private events such as a wedding, graduation, or baby shower are considered case by case with prior written approval from the host. Ask before you plan.

The house sits in the Grant Park Historic District and city zoning is enforced (vehicles in violation may be ticketed or towed). Free street parking is available on the opposite side of the street; check posted signage.

No smoking or vaping of any kind, anywhere on the premises. Violations incur a remediation fee.
